Alhaji Dr. Lukman Issaka Jajah has been officially appointed as the Gonja Chief for all four Ayawaso constituencies: Ayawaso Central, Ayawaso North, Ayawaso East, and Ayawaso West, located in the Greater Accra Region.
This appointment, which received unanimous endorsement from the Gonja community and its council of elders, recognizes Dr. Jajah’s dedication to social development and community empowerment. His extensive service extends beyond the Gonja community, encompassing various tribal groups and establishing him as a unifying and transformative leader.
The appointment of Dr. Jajah was made under the authority of the Overlord of the Gonja Kingdom, His Royal Highness Yagbonwura Bii-Kunuto Jewu Soale I, and was delegated through Okitikata Ajawule, the Chief of the Gonja community in Ghana.
Dr. Jajah is an entrepreneur and multifaceted leader, currently serving as an associate consultant with a robust background in architecture and planning. His areas of expertise include business planning, asset management, project management, financial modelling, and strategy development.
Additionally, he is actively involved in agriculture, launching farming initiatives aimed at enhancing food security and creating employment opportunities in rural communities.
Dr Jajah is also the founder of the Organisation of African Migration and Image Africa International, two non-governmental organizations that have led significant humanitarian projects in Ghana and across West Africa, particularly in Liberia and Sierra Leone.
